80例阑尾切除患者术后感染的防治措施

Preventing and treatment methods of 80 patients of postoperative infection of appendectomy

目的:探讨阑尾切除术后感染的防治措施。方法:对80例阑尾切除术的患者治疗情况进行分析。结果:急性化脓性阑尾炎出现1例肺部感染,1例尿路感染。急性穿孔性阑尾炎出现2例尿路感染,1例肺内感染。结论:通过严格的预防和治疗可有效地防止阑尾切除术后感染。

Objective：To discuss the preventing and treatment methods of postoperative infection of appendectomy.Methods：The data of 80 patients of appendectomy was analyzed.Results：1 patient of acute suppurative appendicitis had lung infection,and 1 patient had urinary tract infection.The patients of acute perforating appendicitis had 2 patients of urinary tract infection,and 1 case had lung infection.Conclusion：According to strict preventing and treatment,appendectomy of appendectomy can be effectively avoided.
