摘要
学生日常管理工作是高校辅导员的基础性工作,在维护高校安全稳定和促进学风建设方面发挥着重要的作用。结合学生管理工作的实践经验,总结了日常管理工作的十条基本方法,提出了辅导员做好日常管理工作的原则。
Routine student management, the advisor＇s ground work, plays a significant role in maintaining stability and security in colleges and universities and promoting the study style eonstruetion.This article makes a summary of personal practical experience; it puts forward ten basic approaches to routine student management besides some principles for the work.
