摘要
本文从ＣＮＣ车床的故障数据的采集入手，建立了ＣＮＣ车床的故障数据库。
This paper started from the collection of the failure data of CNC turning machine tools.The data bank of failures of CNC turning machine tools was established. The probabilistic models of failure of CNC turning machine tools were analyzed by fuzzy multicriteria modeling.
