摘要
目的探讨SDS-PAGE聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对穿心莲种子进行鉴别的可行性,为穿心莲种子鉴别及育种研究提供科学依据。方法采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对广东省几种不同来源和不同采收期的穿心莲种子进行可溶性蛋白质电泳研究。结果不同产地的穿心莲种子蛋白质电泳图谱之间在谱型和谱带的强弱、蛋白质相对含量上均有一定的差异,不同采收期穿心莲种子蛋白质电泳在蛋白质谱带的强弱上有一定差异。结论聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术可用于穿心莲种子鉴定。
Objective To explore the feasibility of seed identification with SDS-PAGE,and provide scientific basis for breeding of Andrographis paniculata.Methods SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology was adopted for analyzing soluble proteins of several different sources and different collection time in Guangdong.Results Significant differences were observed in spectral pattern,contents of proteins and intensity of bands of Andrographis paniculata from different origins,and in spectral degree between various collection time.Conclusion Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technology can be used for seed identification of Andrographis paniculata seeds.
