摘要
目的优选香附总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以总黄酮含量为测定指标,采用正交试验优化香附总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果香附总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶15、提取时间45 min、提取次数为2次。结论该提取工艺稳定,适合香附总黄酮的提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Cyperus Rotundus.Methods Orthogonal experiment was designed with the content of total flavonoids as index,and with ethanol concentration,the ratio of material and solvent,extracting time and frequency as factors.Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows：70% ethanol,the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶15,extracting for 45 min and 2 times.Conclusion The extraction technology is steady and suitable for extracting total flavonoids from Cyperus Rotundus.
