摘要
目的优选消痤饮的最佳提取工艺。方法以消痤饮的提取物得率、总黄酮含量为指标,应用L9(34)正交试验法,筛选消痤饮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果消痤饮的最佳提取工艺为:浸渍时间为0.5 h,溶媒用量为13倍,煎煮次数为2次,醇沉体积分数为60%。结论该工艺稳定可行。
Objective To obtain the best extraction process of Xiaocuoyin.Methods L9（34）orthogonal experiment was designed to screen the optimal extraction conditions of Xiaocuoyin,with the extraction ratio and contents of total flavonoids as indexes.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as below：immersing for half an hour after adding 13-fold of water,decocting for 2 times and precipitating concentration of 60% ethanol.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and workable.
