姜黄生姜醇提物对幼龄SD大鼠前列腺的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察姜黄与生姜醇提物对幼龄SD大鼠前列腺生长的影响。方法取姜黄与生姜各500 g,粉碎混匀后加70%乙醇回流提取制得醇提物;取体质量约50 g的SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、阳性药物组、醇提物低、中、高剂量组,每组13只。正常对照组及阳性药物组均按20 mL.kg-1体质量灌胃(ig)给予生理盐水(NS),另阳性药物组按1 mg.kg-1体质量皮下注射(sc)己烯雌酚,每周3次;低、中、高剂量组按20 mL.kg-1体质量ig给予醇提物,连续3周。3周后,测定血清总酸性磷酸酶(TAP)水平,再取睾丸、精囊腺、前列腺(腹叶、侧叶、背叶)分别称取湿重,计算各指数。结果与正常对照组比较,醇提物中、高剂量组的大鼠前列腺生长均受到明显抑制(P<0.05),低剂量组虽显示一定的抑制作用,但无统计学意义;醇提物低、中、高剂量对大鼠睾丸生长影响不大而对精囊腺影响显著(P<0.01);醇提物低、中、高剂量均能显著降低TAP的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论姜黄生姜醇提物中、高剂量均明显抑制幼龄大鼠的前列腺生长,对睾丸的生长无明显影响。 Objective To observe the combined effects of Curcuma and Ginger on the growth of prostate of juvenile Sprague Dawley rats.Methods Take Curcuma and Ginger 500 g respectively,add 70% ethanol to get the ethanol extracts.SD rats with body weight about 50 g were randomly divided into normal control group,positive medicine group,ethanol extracts of low-,mid-and high-dose groups,with 13 rats in each group.Rats in the normal group and positive medicine group were given NS at 20 mL per kg body weight,and rats in the positive medicine group were treated by diethylstilbestrol through subcutaneous injection at 1 mg per kg body weight three times a week.Rats in low-,mid-and high-dose groups were treated by ethanol extract through intragastric administration at 20 mL per kg body weight.Three weeks later,the level of total acid phosphatase(TAP)in serum was determined and the testis,seminal vesicle and prostate(ventral,lateral and dorsal)were separated and weighted for viscera index.Results In comparison with the normal control group,significant inhibition was observed in prostate growth in mid-and high-dose groups(P0.05)in three weeks,while the similar effect was observed in the rats in low dose group but with no statistical significance.No side effect on testis was observed in the rats in various groups,while significant effect on seminal vesicle was observed.Serological tests of TAP showed that TAP levels of the rats in the low-,mid-,and high-dose groups decreased significantly(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The growth of prostate of juenile Sprague Dawley rats in mid-and high-dose groups were inhibited significantly,and no side effect on testis was observed.
