摘要
试验设计了鲜奶奶质综合指标快速检测仪,针对离子选择性电极响应时间长的特点,采用多传感器并行处理和主从两级的电路结构,解决了指标检测的快速性与传感器响应时间长之间的矛盾。采集数百个样本进行了仿真和测试。9种典型样本的测试结果表明,利用所建模型检测正常鲜奶和掺入杂质鲜奶的结果均在要求范围之内,吻合较好,满足指标要求。
A fast detector for measuring composite indicator of fresh milk quality and its design method are presented. The overall program design of the detector takes fully into account the feature that ion-selective electrode response time is long. Multi-sensor parallel processing and the circuit structure of hostslave two levels are adopted to solve the contradiction between the rapid detection of indicators and long response time of the sensors. Hundreds of the test samples are collected for simulation and testing. In this paper, the results of the nine kinds of typical test samples are shown, which shows that the test results of adulterated milk and normal fresh milk by use of the presented model are within the required range and in good agreement to meet the requirements of the composite indicators.
