基于WebGIS的国境口岸疾病监测信息系统构建

摘要 为提高口岸应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,研发了基于WebGIS的国境口岸症状监测综合管理信息系统,系统利用富互联网应用程序和mashup技术将国境口岸的疾病监测信息集成在Google Map中,实现WebGIS在突发公共卫生事件应急处理中的应用。该系统包括3个主要功能模块:即资料库管理、基础信息、预警管理,实现了疫情汇总、分析、评估和预警,并对事件进行精确的时间和空间定位,有利于国境口岸检验检疫部门采取有效的针对性应对措施,使有限的资源得到更为合理的配置,为国境口岸突发公共卫生事件危机管理提供决策依据。 A WebGIS based comprehensive management information system for symptom monitoring at frontier ports was developed to improve response capacity dealing with public health emergency.The disease monitoring in-formation collected at the frontier ports might be integrated into Google Map by Mashup technology and Rich Inter-net application program to realize the WebGIS adoption to tackle with public health emergencies.This system was composed of three main function models,i.e.,database management,basic information and alarming manage-ment,which might integrate the functions of gathering epidemic disease status,information analysis,assessment and early warning.The emergencies would be accurately positioned by time and space,helping CIQ take effective countermeasures to allocate the limited resources reasonably and providing decision making on crisis management of public health emergencies at frontier ports with scientific basis.
