昆山口岸进境重箱截获疫情分析

Analysis on Epidemic Diseases and Pests Intercepted from Loaded Entry Containers at Kunshan Port

对昆山口岸2007—2009年进境重箱截获有害生物进行统计分析,共截获各类有害生物385种,3 785种次。有害生物种类以仓储害虫、林木害虫以及其他类有害生物为主。不同月份重箱携带有害生物种类(次)差异明显,其中以6月最多,1月最少。重箱携带疫情严重程度与来源国家(地区)密切相关,以中国台湾地区的重箱携带疫情种次最多,马来西亚等东南亚国家重箱携带疫情种次比例最高。根据疫情分析,提出了3条加强进境重箱检疫监管的措施。

The harmful creatures intercepted from the loaded entry containers at Kunshan Port from 2007 to 2009 were statistically analyzed.The results showed that 385 species harmful creatures were totally intercepted for 3 785 cases.Most of the pests intercepted were warehouse storage pests,forest pests and the others.It was found out that there was significant difference in the pest species and quantity which were intercepted from the loaded entry containers in different months,i.e.,the most species and quantity were intercepted in June,whereas the lest were in January.The severity of the epidemic diseases and pests carried by the loaded entry containers was closely relat-ed to the source countries or regions from where the containers were imported.The most cases were intercepted from the entry containers from Taiwan,China,the greatest proportion of epidemic diseases and pests was intercepted from the containers imported from Malaysia and other southeast Asian countries.Three measures to strengthen the quarantine inspection for the loaded entry containers were put forward.
