Study on Impact and Management of Alien Pests in Suzhou Ⅱ:Invasion Mechanisms and Management Countermeasures

调查分析外来入侵种的传入过程、定殖机制、扩散过程,总结入侵的检疫管理因素;并在法律保障体系、执法协调机制、防控能力建设、检验检疫管理、监测预警体系、科学研究、公众参与及教育体系等方面提出防控对策和建议。

The invasion course,colonization mechanisms,diffusion process of alien pests in Suzhou were sur-veyed and analyzed,and the shortcomings related to quarantine management that resulted in the alien pest invasion were summarized.Based on the above discussion,the countermeasures and recommendations were put forward to prevent the invasion of alien pests including to perfect legal system,set up executive and coordinative mechanism,improve the pest control capability,strengthen inspection and quarantine management,build monitoring early warning system,and to promote scientific research,public participation and education regime.
