摘要
双拥工作是党领导下带有根本性、战略性的政治任务,对巩固军政军民团结和国家长治久安至关重要。改革开放以来国内许多专家学者对双拥工作进行了深入研究。本文在他们研究的基础上对双拥工作的历史进程、工作机制、依法双拥、双拥与和谐社会、双拥模范城建设、双拥文化、基本经验等问题进行简要综述。
The double support work is an essential and strategic political task under the leadership of CPC,which is of vital importance to consolidate solidarity between the army and the government and between the army and the people,and national lasting political stability.Since reform and opening up,many scholars have made deep study of the double support work.The paper makes a brief review of its historical process,working mechanism,double support by law,double support and harmonious society,construction of double support city,double support culture,and basic experience.
