结合深圳富士康科技集团案例,讨论了压力在人力资源管理中的作用,介绍了企业压力管理的相关模型,分析了广东新生代农民工工作压力源,并给出了压力管理的建议和策略。
This paper discusses the effects of pressure in human-resources-management through the case of Foxconn Technology Group. The paper introduces relevant models for enterprise pressure-management, analyses the sources of pressures troubling the new generation of the rural migrant workers, and further offers suggestions and strategies for pressure-management.
