摘要
为了适应用等离子体反应装置冶炼粉矿的需要,研制出扩张型等离子体热壁反应装置.用此反应装置进行了分解锆石和碳还原钛铁矿的试验,结果表明,此装置结构简单、输送粉矿速度快、传热效果好.在分解锆石的试验中,反应装置的通道畅通,锆石分解率达到99%;在碳还原钛铁矿的试验中。
In order to meet the requirement for applying
plasma reaction device in powder ore smelting, the expansion type plasma heating wall
reaction device has been deve\|loped. Tests on decomposing zircon and reducing illmenite
have been conducted with this reaction device. Results indicate that the structure of this device
is simple; the speed of conveying the powder ore is rapid and the heat transmission effect is
good. In the test of decomposing zircon, the passage of the reaction device is unblocked and
the zircon decomposition rate has reached 99%. In the test of reducing illmenite by carbon,
metal iron and titanium residue can be produced.
