摘要
75t／h蒸汽锅炉集箱手孔焊缝出现贯穿性裂纹．采用改进焊接结构，严格控制焊接变形等工艺措施，采用氯弧焊封底，手工电弧焊修复，既保证了手孔圈焊后不变形，密封良好，又使焊缝得到了修复．
There are penatrativecracks on 75/hsteam boiler collecting box's handhole, by improving welding structure, strictly controling the welding deformation and the other process actions, and by using argon are welding to seal up the bottom and artificial electric are welding to repair, not only finish renovating the but also ensure good sealing performance no deformation around handhole after welding.
