摘要
纳米结构与纳米技术推动了生物医学的快速发展。纳米金因其良好的催化活性与光学特性被广泛用于纳米器件制造、纳米生物技术、纳米生物医学、纳米药理学等领域。本文综述了纳米金在肿瘤治疗、细胞成像和药物载体方面的最新研究进展,在强调其重要性的同时,亦指出其生物负效应,并对纳米金的未来发展作了展望。
Nanostructure and nanotechnology promote the development of biomedicine.Due to its excellent catalysis activity and optical characteristics,gold nanoparticles have been widely used in the fields of nano-device design,nano-biotechnology,nano-biomedicine,nano-pharmacology and so on.The latest progresses on the applications of gold nanoparticles including tumor therapy,cellular imaging and drug carrier were introduced.At the same time,the importance of gold nanoparticles in biomedicine is emphasized and its biologic negative-effect is also presented.At last,the tendency of gold nanoparticles is discussed.
