建国六十年群众文化研究综述

A Summary of Theoretical Researches of Chinese Mass Culture in the Past 60 Years

群众文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分。从建国到"文革"开始以前的17年中,群众文化理论研究处于少量自发、分散、时断时续的状态。文革十年,群众文化理论研究完全陷于停滞。党的十一届三中全会以后,特别是1985年中国群众文化学会成立以来,我国的群众文化理论研究才真正逐步开展起来并取得了一定的成绩。在当前文化大发展大繁荣的时代背景下,对建国六十年来群众文化的理论研究进行回顾和述评,指出群众文化理论研究的不足和今后群众文化理论研究值得关注的地方,从而引起学术界和群众文化工作者对群众文化理论研究的重视,是一件有意义的事情。

Mass culture is an important component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.In the first 17 years from 1949 to the beginning of the ＂Cultural Revolution＂,the theoretical researches of mass culture were characterized by scarcity,spontaneity,deconcentration and intermittence.During the ten years of ＂Cultural Revolution＂,the researches were in the state of complete stagnation.Since December,1978,especially after the establishment of China Mass Culture Association in 1985,the theoretical researches of mass culture have been carried out and some achievements have been scored.Against the background of great cultural prosperity,the writer of this article makes a summary and review of the theoretical researches of mass culture in the past 60 years,and points out the drawbacks in this aspect as well as the future direction,with the aim of drawing attention of the academic world as well as of the workers engaged in mass culture,which the writer believes is of great significance.
