摘要
详细分析了建设项目业主所面临的各种合同风险,并针对主要风险提出了相应的控制措施,实践证明只有在组织结构管理、人力资源管理、企业文化三个方面加强合同风险管理,从根本上贯彻合同风险管理的思想,将合同管理、合同风险管理重视起来,才能降低业主的风险损失。
The paper has the detailed analysis of all sorts of contract risks confronted by the owners of the constructing programs, points out the respective controlling measures aiming at main risks, proves that the risks damage of owners can be lowered, only by strengthening the contract risk management from the management of organization structure, the human resource management and enterprise culture, and the contract risks management should be implemented completed and the contract management and contract risks management be emphasized.
