摘要
针对目前建设单位项目管理人员较少,管理经验不足,管理不力的现象,探讨了建设工程项目管理的方法和措施,分别阐述了建设工程项目前期、招投标阶段、施工现场、竣工验收及移交等方面的管理重点和注意事项,以期指导建设单位提高项目管理水平。
Aiming at the less management personnel, insufficient experience and ineffective management in program management of architectural departments, the paper explores the methods and measures for the program management of construction projects and illustrates the management points and precautions in the beforehand period of the engineering program, the bidding stage, the construction field, the complete acceptance and the transfer, so as to direct the construction department to improve the program management.
