摘要
简单介绍了项目管理的概念和国际项目管理组织及其知识体系,并对应用在项目管理中的项目管理软件作了说明,在此基础上,着重阐述了项目管理在工程中的具体应用,包括工程总承包管理、合同管理、信息化管理等内容,以期指导实践。
The paper introduces the concept of the program management, the international program management organizalion and the knowledge system, indicates the program management software applied in the program management, and illustrates the factual application of the program management in category of workers, including the engineering general contract management, the contract management, and informationization management, so as to direct the practice.
