Multi-Service Network and Multi-Service Operation

电信运营企业的重组意味着我国电信运营企业成为多业务运营企业。随着信息处理技术、计算技术、存储技术、网络技术和传输技术的发展,数据、话音和视频业务之间的界限变得模糊。新的业务形态不断出现,全球各国尝试业务牌照发放方式的改革,基于全IP的多业务核心网络、宽带接入网络被业界看做近期下一代网络发展的方向。本文对多业务运营和多业务网络发展相关的问题进行探讨。

The regrouping of telecommunications operators in China means that the telecom operators of China become multi-service operators. As the development of information processing, computing, storage, network and transmission techniques, the boundaries between data services, voice services and video services become blurring. While more and more new services occur continually, several countries around the world try to modify their licensing frameworks, and IP-based multi-service core network and the broadband access network are thought as the development direction of next generation network in the near future. This article discusses some topics about multi-service operation and multi-service network development.
