摘要
分析全球全业务运营的现状及给国内电信运营商带来的机遇,阐述运营商为做好全业务运营各网络层面的演变,以求为网络建设提供思路。
In this paper the current status of all-service operation in the world and opportunity coming with all-service are analyzed and telecommunication network evolution is stated. It is hoped to be useful to network construction.
