摘要
随着人们生活质量的提高,简单的语音服务已不能满足大众的日常需求,各类消费者对个性化、智能化的电信服务和全方面、多层次、立体化的便捷服务的需求日益迫切。本文首先分析电信全业务的内涵,然后讨论全业务运营的挑战和策略,最后给出了全业务运营的若干案例。
With the improvement of people’s living standard, simple voice service can not satisfy the mass daily needs any more. Consumers today need personalized, intellectualized and convenient telecommunication services. In this paper, we first analyze the meaning of the telecommunication full service. Then, chanllenges and strategies of the full service operation are discussed. Finally, some cases on the full service operation are presented.
