摘要
在总结分析国内外科研成果的基础上,以乌龙泉矿多年实际生产资料为依据,运用统计回归分析方法建立了乌龙泉矿爆破优化设计数学模型。同时还建立了乌龙泉矿爆破优化设计系统软件包,使乌龙泉矿爆破参数选择进一步科学化,药量计算自动化,数据管理系统化,从而明显地改善了爆破效果,提高了工作效率,并取得显著的经济效益。
Based on analysis of related researches at home and abroad,and starting from many years of production data in Wulongquan mine,the author established the mathematical model for blasting optimization in the very mine by means of statistical regression analysis method.The design system software package for optimizing blast in Wulongquan Mine was also worked out,aimed to rationalize the selection of blasting parameters,automatize the calculation of loading and systematize the data management.With the system,the blasting effect has been improved,the production efficiency raised and remarkable economic gains were obtained.
