摘要
分析了塑料模具标准件顶杆的工作条件和性能要求,研究了顶杆整体淬火用钢65MnV的热处理工艺、组织和力学、工艺性能,并与目前国内常用顶杆用钢进行了比较,同时探讨了65MnV钢的强韧化机制。研究结果表明,65MnV钢有较高的力学性能和良好的工艺性能,强度可达σ0.2=2057.4MPa,σb=2342.7MPa,冲击韧性aK=10.44J/cm2,淬火硬度在HRC62以上,是理想的顶杆整体淬火用钢。
The working conditions and property requirement of steel used for ejector pins of plastic dies were investigated.Heat treatment,microstructure and mechanical,technological properties of 65MnV steel used for whole quenched ejector pins were tested and compared with that of other steels used now.Results show that 65MnV steel has superior mechanical and good technological properties.The strength and toughness of 65MnV steel are 02= 2 0574 MPa, b= 2 3427 MPa, a K=1044 J/cm2.Hardness after quenching is over HRC 62,so 65MnV steel is an ideal steel used for whole quenched ejector pins.
