摘要
通过分析，热矿筛筛板使用寿命短的主要原因是其高温硬度低、高温耐磨性差。为了提高热矿筛的工作效率，必须改进热矿筛筛板的材质，并对新筛板材质的化学成分进行了科学设计，同时对新筛板的铸造及热处理工艺进行了探讨。研究结果表明，新研制的筛板使用安全、可靠，其使用寿命是原筛板的２倍，价格与原筛板相当，若在全国推广这种筛板，将会产生显著的经济效益。
The service life of screen decks was short because of its low hardness at elevated temperature and poor abrasion resistance at high temperature.It's necessary for improving the quality of screen decks in order to improve the working efficiency.The chemistry composition of the new screen decks was designed by scientific method,and the technology of its casting and heat treatment was discussed.Results show that the new screen decks are safe and reliable,its service life is two times longer than before.If the new screen decks are spreaded in the whole nation,the good economical benefit will be obtained.
