目的:探讨老年慢性鼻窦炎患者在鼻内镜手术围手术期的治疗特点。方法:回顾分析126例老年慢性鼻窦炎患者(年龄>60岁)的临床资料。结果:经过有针对性的围手术期治疗后,治愈96例(76.5%),好转23例(19.7%),无效5例(3.9%),总有效率为96%。结论:老年慢性鼻窦炎患者,经有针对性围手术期治疗后,行鼻内镜手术是安全有效的。
