旋回破碎机液压系统改造

摘要 针对TS1.2/180mm旋回破碎机因故障多而不能正常运转的情况,经过深入地研究,发现其液压系统结构设计不合理,主要液压元件材料选择不当。通过改造,设备能正常运转,从而减少了因故障停产带来的损失,又节材、降耗,为企业带来了很好的经济效益。 In view of the situation that rotatory crushers TS1.2/180 mm existing too much breakdowns to function normally,after thorough studied,it was discovered that the structure design of hydraulic systerms was unreasonable and the selection of major hydraulic element material was improper.The equipmet can be normal worked after transformation,so that the loss can be decreased caused by stopping production,the material can be economized and the cosumption can be cut down too.As a result,the good economic benefit will be achieved.
