摘要
为了解决酒泉钢铁公司3号烧结机酸性球团烧结矿在烧结过程中负压偏高的问题,对添加不同配比的CaF2、MgO和TiO2的球团烧结矿粘结相的粘度、表面张力和熔点进行了测定。结果表明:CaF2、MgO和TiO2对酸性球团烧结矿粘结相均有降低粘度和表面张力的作用,其中CaF2的作用较为显著,而MgO不但可以降低球团烧结矿粘结相的粘度和表面张力,还可以提高其熔点,并且随着MgO配比的增加,粘结相熔体性质由长渣变为短渣,从而使烧结过程中液相存在的温度区间变窄,可以说从两个方面减小了对空气的阻力。
The viscosities, surface tensions and melting points of the binding phases in acid pelletizing sinters with different adding amounts of CaF 2, MgO or TiO 2 have been measured. The results show that adding of MgO, TiO 2 or CaF 2 in particularly can decrease the viscosity and surface tension of the binding phase. Specially, the melting point of the binding phase rises with adding of MgO. As the content of MgO increases, the binding phase changes from long slag to short slag. The temperature range of liquid phase during sintering becomes narrower so the adding of MgO decreases the resistance to air from two fields.
