摘要
利用微生物固定化技术(PVA-硼酸法)对生活污水进行污染物降解处理实验研究。实验结果表明:经固定化后,活性污泥对温度和pH值的适应范围变宽;在优选条件下连续运行,CODcr的去除率都能保持在85%以上,最高可达到92%,说明固定化细胞对有机负荷的冲击有一定的抵抗能力。
This paper introduces the experimental study of applying the immobilized microorganism technique (PVA-H3BO4) to degrading the pollutants. From the results,it is proved that the range of the activated sludge adaptation to temperature and PH values becomes wider after immobilization;operated continously under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of CODcr maintains above 85% and up to 92% ,which indicates that the immobilized cells have a certain resistance on the impact of organic load
