摘要
采用北京益康农科技发展有限公司生产的ECA-PD0501教学光合蒸腾仪,测定合肥两种常见绿色树种的光合速率,在测定光合速率(Pn)的同时,光合测定系统自动记录胞间CO2浓度,空气温度,蒸腾速率,相对湿度,空气CO2浓度等。而日变化测定则选择在晴朗无风天气从8:00到18:00每隔2h测定一次,结果表明:在淮南地区夏季5月上旬晴天条件下豆科植物一般无"午睡"现象,呈单峰曲线,数据显示对淮南地区绿色植物的光合特性进行了解,有利合肥地区园林设计和绿化。
In this paper, the photosynthetic rates (Pn) of two typical greening tree species in Hefei are determined by the portable photosynthesis instrument ECA-PD0501. Meanwhile, the diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate and its major affecting factors including interceltar CO2 concentration(Ci) ,air temperature (Ta)transpiration rate(Tr) ,relative humidity of air(RH),air CO2 concentration (Ca)are also measured. ,The experiments are made on a sunny day once every two hours from 8.-00 to 18.-00. It is shown from the result that the leguminous plants in Huainan area,which have the single apex,generally have no "midday nap" in sunny days in early May. Moreover,the experimental data illustrate that it is useful for the landscape design and greening in Hefei by knowing the photosynthetic characteristics of green plants in Huainan area.
