摘要
基于2000年-2005年制造业29个行业的数据,运用面板数据模型实证研究了我国制造业R&D投入对专利产出的影响。结果表明:我国制造业各行业R&D经费投入对专利产出的影响显著,技术密集度较高的行业R&D经费投入弹性系数较高,反映了这些行业存在着较大的技术创新机会;而R&D人员投入弹性系数较低,说明我国制造业行业存在着冗员现象。针对分析结果,我们提出了相应的对策建议。
On the basis of date of twenty-nine industries from 2000 to 2005, it applied panel data model to research the impact of China＇s manufacturing R ＆ D input towards patent output. The results indicate that China＇s manufacturing R ＆ D funding input have a significant impact. For high technology intensive sectors, the elasticity of R＆D funding input keeps a higher level, which reflect that those sectors provides lots of opportunities for technological innovation. However, the elasticity of R＆D Staff input didn＇t pass the test for the most parts which demonstrate redundant staff in China＇s manufacturing industry exists. For the results of analysis, we also bring relevant suggestion.
