摘要
针对EBZ-90型掘进机行走减速器传动系统复杂、占用空间大、效率低等问题,提出了新的传动系统设计,对其结构特点进行了介绍和分析。并通过EBZ-90型掘进机技术改造后的使用情况,验证了该行走减速器设计的合理性。
Based on the problems of complex transmission system, occupying a large space and low efficiency of EBZ-90-type roadheader traveling reducer, this paper proposed a new design of transmission system, introduced and analyzed the characteristics of its structure, and verified the traveling reducer design was reasonable through the usage of EBZ-90 roadheader after transformed the technique.
