摘要
本文作者根据多年来在输变电工程项目建设过程中的亲身体会和实际情况,对《工程建设标准强制性条文》在实施中存在的问题进行了总结分析,并提出了切实可行的改进和合理实施的办法,对输变电工程建设具有指导意义。
According to personal experience and actual situation on over years＇ engineering construction of power transmission and transformation, the existing problems during the implementation of enforceable terms on engineering construction standard were summarized and analyzed. The practicable and reasonable methods of improvement and execution were presented, which may guide the engineering construction of power transmission and transformation.
