非对称信息下无标底招标模式的研究

Research on the Non-minimum Acceptable Bidding Mode under Asymmetrical Information

通过从信息部对称角度出发,对有标底、无标底招标方式进行对比,分析了两者的利弊,肯定无标底招标的优越性。通过对该方式招标的重点难点及风险因素的剖析,提出相应的措施和对策,以期证明无标底的招标是一种理论上最优,实际中可行的建设项目招投标办法。

This paper compared with the way of the minimum acceptable bid and the non-minimum acceptable bid, analyzed advantages and disadvantages of both, and affirmed the superiority of non-minimum acceptable bid, from the angle of information department symmetry. And it proposed the corresponding measure and the countermeasure through the analysis of the key points and risk factors of this way , so as to prove the tender of the non-minimum acceptable bid is the kind of construction project bidding measures which is most superior in the theory, and is feasible in the reality.
