摘要
通过对我国目前服装企业人力资源研究的梳理,对目前研究水平及研究重点有一个比较全面的认识及了解,并指出研究的不足,提出新的研究方向及展望。
Through tidying up researches on human resource management of our clothes company, we can get a whole understanding and knowledge. Thus I try to list the weakness of present researches, and carry up new research direction.
