摘要
培养目标是人才培养的核心问题,对教学方向、教学内容、教学方法和教学管理起着决定性作用。本文针对目前东莞地区经济社会转型时期对会计专业人才的特殊需求,研究会计人才培养目标与东莞经济社会转型的适应性,为高校会计专业制定与经济社会发展状况和人力资源现状相适应的培养方案提供理论依据。
The training target is the core issue of personnel training, and plays a decisive role in the direction of teaching, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching management. This paper, based on the special needs of the current period of economic and social transformation in Dongguan to the accounting professionals, studies the adaptability between the training objectives of accounting personnel and economic and social transformation of Dongguan, which provide a theoretical basis on the developing the training program which adapte to the situation of economic and social development and human resources for the accounting profession in college.
