摘要
莱芜钢铁总厂炼钢厂40t钢包工作层采用铝镁尖晶石浇注料并利用胎模振动进行整体浇注,使钢包包龄明显提高,减少了耐火材料消耗,降低了工人劳动强度,经济效益显著。
The working layer refactory used in 40t ladle in steelmaking plant of Laiwu iron and steel general works is Al-Mg spinel pouring refactory material and the mould oscillating process is used to do monolithic refactory pouring.This process can obviously increase service life of ladle,reduce the consumption of refactory material,decrease the labour strength and rise the profit.
