摘要
创业心理品质培养应该是创业教育的前提和基础,本文通过对创业心理品质进行界定,探索自主创业过程中应该具有的心理品质特征以及良好的创业心理品质培养的主要渠道和方式,帮助构建高校全面的创业教育模式。
Entrepreneurial psychological quality training should be the premise and foundation of entrepreneurship education. This article explores psychological quality characteristics that students should have in self-employed process and the main training channels and ways of good entrepreneurial psychological quality to help colleges and universities build overall entrepreneurship education pattern through the definition of entrepreneurial phychological quality.
