摘要
电弧炉干式捣打料炉底在使用过程中,会出现冷修补炉底成块状翻起、干式捣打料炉底表面出现粉化层、炉底烧结层渗钢及炉底侵蚀过快等现象。石横特钢厂在使用过程中采取了严格控制打结工艺,清净原炉底残钢渣,保证新打结厚度不低于150mm,以及选用高质量的捣打料,严格控制捣打料的成分组成等措施,使干式捣打料的消耗由2.43kg/t钢下降为1.87kg/t钢。
Dry ramming mix bottom of
electric arc furnace will produce some questions consisted of inverting mass at cold repair
bottom,appearing powdered layer on the surface of dry ramming mix bottom,bleeding liquid
steel from sintered layer of bottom and quick corroding of furnace bottom,etc,in the process of
production.For overcoming about mentioned questions,it is needful to strictly control ramming
process,to insure the thick of ramming layer to large than 150mm,to use of high quality
ramming mix and to strictly control the composition of ramming mix,etc.
