摘要
运动员赛前失眠问题是一个值得重视但并没有得到足够重视和充分研究的课题,赛前失眠发生率高,危害运动员身心健康,直接影响训练和比赛成绩。本文参考相关资料,对运动员赛前失眠进行界定,从心理角度的不同方面分析总结影响运动员赛前失眠的心理因素,针对原因提出各种积极有效的调整措施。对改善赛前失眠群体的失眠症状,提高睡眠质量提供一定的辅助和参考,为运动员在比赛中取得优异成绩储备必需的能量。
The research on the insomnia in front of athlete match is worth taking but certainly not to obtain enough taking with the full research topic.The occurrence of insomnia in front of match is universe,which harms the athlete healthy in mind and body,and influences training and the result of compete directly.
