采用ＴＨ－８４７涂料对济钢一炼钢小方坯连铸机换热器进行防腐与阻垢处理，实践证明，换热器换热效果良好，可延长使用寿命４～５倍。
Through
spraying coating treatment used of TH847 coating to heat exchanger of small square billet
continuous casting machine in No.1 steelmaking plant of Jinan iron and steel group the heat
exchange effect of heat exchanger is excellent,the change of water temperature can meet the
requirements of technique,the service life of heat exchanger is increased by 45 times than before.
