摘要
根据莱钢炼钢厂“转炉——精炼——连铸４５＃钢坯”工艺生产线的主要设备状况，对工艺技术参数进行了综合分析，并采取有效措施，解决了由于主要设备运转周期不同给生产组织带来的困难，取得了良好的效果。
Based on the equipment condition of converterrefiningcontinuous
casting medium carbon billet process line and comprehensive analysis for technique parameter of
this process in steelmaking plant of Laiwu iron and steel general works,the some effective
measures are taken for solving difficulty of production organization with different operation cycle
of main equipments,and it has achieved excellent result
