公安消防执法难相关问题探讨

Discussion on Related Issues about the Difficulty of Law Enforcement for Public Security Fire Control

消防隐患时有存在,这就需要公安消防部门进行协调和处理,但在实际工作中公安消防执法却困难重重。本文作者结合自己多年的工作经验针对目前公安消防执法难的原因进行具体分析,并提出了一些加强消防执法和改进消防监督的意见和建议,供同行参考。

The fire hazard exists from time to time, which requires public security fire control departments execute coordination and treatment, however, the law enforcement of public security fire control has many difficulties in the actual work. The author specifically analyzes the causes of the difficulty of law enforcement for public security fire control at present, combining with many years＇ work experience of mine, and proposed some comments and suggestions of strengthening fire control law enforcement and improving fire supervision, reference for peer.
