炼钢—连铸合理温度制度初探

An Approach to Reasonable Temperature System of SteelmakingContinuous Casting Process

对莱钢炼钢厂３＃连铸机的中间包钢水温度、精炼平台钢水温度、放钢温度进行数据分析，发现炼钢—连铸温度存在着浇注过热度偏高、钢水温降大、温度波动大等不合理现象。为实现炼钢—连铸温度匹配，应制定合理的炼钢—连铸温度制度目标，并改进工艺。

Through data analysis to liquid steel temperature in tundish of No.3 continuous casting machine,liquid steel temperature at refining steel platform and tapping temperature in steelmaking plant of Laiwu iron and steel general works,the discovers that unreasonable phenomena consisted of higher pouring overheat,higher temperature lowering and bigger temperature fluctuation of liquid steel are existed in the process of steelmakingcontinuous casting.For achieving the temperature matching in the process of steelmakingcontinuous casting the reasonable temperature system must be provided and steelmakingcontinuous casting process must be improved.
