摘要
为解决矿产资源开发利用过程中，资源枯竭与资源浪费、废物污染环境之间的矛盾，保持矿产资源的可持续开发利用，对矿产资源应采取综合利用措施，提高总回收率；同时应开发利用二次资源，减轻环境污染。
For solving the problems of resource shortage,resource wanton profusion and environmental polluition,etc,and for holding continuous development of mineral resources it is need to take on comprehensive utilization measures,increase total recovery ratio of mineral resources,and it is also need to make enough use of secondary mineral resources.
