摘要
根据莱芜铁矿的开采技术条件和地理环境,需采用分段尾砂固结充填采矿法。由于采用的是“高水速凝固化材料”,使充填固结体中35%是结晶水,解决了铁矿山尾砂量不足的矛盾,降低了充填成本,收到了良好的经济效益。与分段空场法相比,分段尾砂固结充填采矿法可提高回采率15%,降低贫化率5%。
Based on the mining condition and geographical environment,Laiwu iron mine must be to use sectional tail sand concretion filling mining method in the process of mining production.Because of using of quick concretion material with high water content and having 35% water of crystallization in filling concretion mass,the shortage problem of tail sand quantity of iron mine is solved.This method can decrease the filling cost and can get good profit.Through using of this method the recovery ratio can be increased by a factor of 15%,and the leaning ratio of iron ore can be decreased by 5% compared with sectional openstope method.
