水质稳定技术在焦化循环水中的应用

Application of Water Quality Stabilizing Technique in Coking Cycling Water

济钢焦化厂对供水系统的中温循环水采用水质稳定技术，通过采取原始开车清洗、不停车清洗、预膜处理、水质稳定操作等措施，使回收系统生产稳定，吨焦耗水降低８．１７ｍ３／ｈ，水的复用率达到９５．０６％，且排污量减少。

The water quality stabilizing technique is used in medium temperature water cycle of supply water system of the coking plant.Because of taking some steps consisted of primary driving cleaning,driving cleaning,prefilm treatment,and water quality stabilizing operation,etc,the recovery system has stabilizing production,the consumption of water every ton of coke is decreased by 8.17m3, recovery ratio of water is up to 9506%.
