降低反射炉铝合金熔损的措施

The Measures for Decreasing Melting Loss of Aluminium Alloy in Reflecting Furnace

反射炉熔炼铝合金时，熔损与熔池几何尺寸、熔体氧化膜性质、熔炼工艺及操作等因素有关。淄博铝厂在生产中采取了减小炉料比表面积，严格装料顺序，改进扒渣操作等措施，使反射炉熔炼铝合金的熔损由３．０％降至１．６％。

The melting loss has relations with size of melting bath,oxidation film property of melting charge,melting process and melting operation,etc,during melting aluminium alloy in reflecting frunace.Since taking some measures,for example decreasing the specific area of furnace charge,controlling charging sequence,improving removing slag operation,etc,the melting loss of aluminium alloy is decreased from 30% to 1.6% in Zibo aluminium plant.
