To reform planing machine made in home,using rectifier bridge,which is mainly consisted of rectifier diode,to replace of directcurrent exciter in Shiheng special steel works.The operation condition has proved that the operation of working table and clapper electromagnet are good ,saving of power is 163968kWh every year in the condition of twoshift work day system,saving of capital occupied by repair parts is 5000 yuan every year and maintenance ratio of this machine is decreased.
